Per NFL.com:
Cortland Finnegan has agreed to terms on a five-year deal with the Rams, a league source said Tuesday, reuniting him with his former coach, Jeff Fisher.
Finnegan was with the Titans for six seasons, but when the team used its franchise tag to retain safety Michael Griffin, the cornerback hinted that he’d be headed elsewhere, in comments to The Tennessean.
Finnegan has 14 career interceptions, three of which were returned for touchdowns. He was a seventh-round pick by the Titans in the 2006 NFL Draft.
